Maryetta was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA. After experiencing life in Puerto Rico, Philadelphia and Washington, DC, she decided to move back to the Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley to be closer to her family and to raise her 8 year old son.

She previously worked for Penn Dot for five years and held various administration positions. Maryetta loves working with people. A few years ago she decided to pursue a career in the insurance industry. She earned her insurance license and started working for State Farm in the Bethlehem area. Later needing a challenge and a change she began working for a local independent agent. She found working for an independent agent challenging, but was looking for an environment to flourish and grow in the industry.

Joining Sterner in May “I finally found the best of both worlds. I am challenged and encouraged to learn all I can about the insurance industry, and build a relationship with my clients. At Sterner we are encouraged to bring our ideas forward because everyone has the same goal, which is to help our clients.
