Annette is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley. She lives in Macungie with her husband and children.

Annette graduated from Emmaus High School in 1988. She furthered her education by attending Cedar Crest College, where she obtained a Certification in Business Administration. She began working at Prudential AARP shortly after graduation.

She worked at Prudential for eleven years entertaining positions in customer service, claims and underwriting. Prudential’s AARP Division was sold to The Hartford and Annette began her career in sales. She was a Personal Sales Representative for one year before leaving The Hartford to join Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Sales Team.

During her 10 years at Liberty Mutual, she worked with a wide variety of commercial accounts and learned about all different types of commercial insurance. In August 2005, Annette earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and continues her insurance education by attending various insurance seminars and workshops.

Annette began working for Sterner Insurance in May of 2009. “Working for Sterner Insurance has proven to be a fulfilling experience,” says Annette. “I am able to provide customers with exactly what they need, because of my exposure to so many different carriers. Sterner Insurance is a very professional agency that truly cares about each and every client. “
